John is a founding partner of Nazzarro Clark LLP with over 25 years of public accounting experience. His area of practice includes accounting, assurance, tax, and business advisory for many clients in a variety of industries including clients that have expanded internationally. He was a past lecturer, seminar leader and teaching instructor on Accounting and related subjects for The Certified General Accountants of Ontario and Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. He also served as a Practice Inspector for CGA Ontario and was appointed to the Public Accountants Council of Ontario and served from 2008 to 2012. John has currently been appointed to serve as a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario licensing Board.

Bruce is a founding partner of Nazzarro Clark LLP with over 25 years of public accounting experience including an extensive focus in taxation, which includes several years as an Auditor with Canada Revenue Agency. His area of practice also includes accounting, assurance and business advisory for many clients in a multitude of industries. Bruce was a past lecturer and writer of many courses primarily in tax for The Certified General Accountants of Ontario, The Certified General Accountants of New Brunswick and The Certified General Accountants of Alberta.
